Taramosalata is a popular meze (appetizer) in Greek cuisine and now, it can be on your table. It is made of smoked cod roe and cooked according to our traditional island recipes. Try it as a dip, in a sauce, or simply spread over bread or crackers. Don’t forget to try it with good friends and ouzo. In Greece, taramosalata spread is associated with Clean Monday, the first day of Great Lent.
