Starting from Thessaloniki, Greece, Ergon was founded by two brothers with a shared vision to celebrate Greek culture through good food and honest ingredients, creating an ecosystem where every meal, every product and every interaction tells a story. Dubai's vibrant location, Ergon Agora, brings that same philosophy to life, providing a haven for locals, expats and tourists alike seeking a culturally rich culinary journey.

Ergon Agora in Dubai represents a modern interpretation of the ancient Greek Agora, where people would gather, eat and philosophise, exchanging ideas. The space is home to the Ergon Agora Restaurant, Balboa Street Food and Burger Space, 72H Artisanal Bakery, Tzeneral Pastry Shop and Ergon Originals Retail Store.

The addition to Downtown Dubai features the stylish Ergon Agora Restaurant, which boasts a menu that celebrates the soulful flavours of Greece's rich heritage, reinvented for today's palate. Crafted with responsibly sourced Mediterranean ingredients, the offerings range from freshly baked breads and vibrant seasonal salads to perfectly chargrilled meats, seafood and signature mezze plates.

Beyond the restaurant, Ergon Agora brings Balboa, a space where bold, cool street food meets great vibes and community. Offering mouth-watering food featuring smashed burgers, fried chicken and all-time classic street food dishes, always insisting on originality.

Mediterranean baking and pastry are brought to life through two delectable sub-brands. Tzeneral Pastry Shop pays homage to Greece's timeless dessert culture while looking boldly to the future, while 72H Artisanal Bakery showcases the slow-process ritual and artistry behind bread, where sourdough fermentation takes center stage, yielding unparalleled depth of flavour and complexity.

True to its roots as a lifestyle brand, Ergon Agora also houses the Ergon Originals Store, a carefully curated retail space where visitors can take a piece of the Mediterranean home with them.
