Our wine vinegar is made from red Xinomavro wine from Aridaia, in Greece by Melissanidis Family. Red wine vinegars are commonly used in the Mediterranean cuisine. There are many different qualities in red wine vinegars. This one, which is made of Xinomavro wine, which is considered as a great quality wine itself and so as the vinegar. In general, the longer the wine vinegar matures, the better it is. Most of them, are matured up to 2 years.
