Mastiha Sweet

Some may call it ‘Ipovrihio’ or just ‘Mastiha’. It is actually the regular Vanilla Sweet dessert flavoured with mastic. No matter how many years there will pass, this Greek traditional dessert will always be a happy flashback to our childhood summers. This thick, sweet paste is served on a large spoon plunged in a glass full of cold water. It is simple, but so tasty and refreshing. Once you get your spoon submerged, the fondant softens and the water gets a soft sweet taste too.
