Artisanal orzo produced by Martavaltzoglou family, a family run business to the north of Greece which operates for three generations, maintaining traditional methods and cooking well-kept recipes.
Our orzo is made from 100% Greek durum wheat semolina and the best ingredients of the region. Its shape makes it perfect to be cooked into hearty stews or casseroles with meat and tomato. It can also be added into pasta salads or be a great alternative to rice in risotto.
