Our cracked wheat is the result of a selection of the finest products of the Thessaly soil. Every autumn, after selecting the best qualities of hard wheat from the plains, the wheat is grinded in traditional stone mills made with the traditional recipe of Martavaltzoglou family that has been passed down from generation to generation for over a century.
This artisanal product has a nutty, light flavour and a chewy texture when boiled. Best paired with vegetables, cooked into salads and as a side dish to meat or chicken.
