The white balsamic vinegar is made with white wine and its grape must, which when mixed, are cooked at a low temperature to avoid any darkening. The white one, in contrast with the black balsamic, has a clearer aftertaste. It is great for everyday use in salads, dressings, sauces and marinades, adding delicate taste to your masterpieces.
